Rethinking the content calendar
The classic content plan in a spreadsheet works fine when you have one platform and one format. Once you're managing more than three channels, things start to fall apart.
We talked to several teams this month. The common pain: there's a plan, but tracking execution is a separate project. Posts go out late, drafts get lost, nobody knows exactly what's sitting in the queue.
This isn't a discipline problem. It's a tooling problem.
