Devlog #7: Timezones in Quedula

The user sees time in their timezone. We store everything in UTC. Conversion happens only in the UI.

This rule is simple, but violating it is costly. We've seen systems that stored time in a local timezone "for convenience" and then a daylight saving time transition created posts with the wrong time.

In Quedula the user sets their timezone during account setup. All dates and times in the interface are shown in that timezone. When saving a schedule, we convert to UTC and store UTC.

One more thing: in the display we explicitly show the timezone next to the time — to remove ambiguity. A small detail that eliminates a whole class of support questions.
