Devlog #22: Video upload UX

Video upload is the place where the user waits the longest. Waiting without feedback creates anxiety.

We show a progress bar with real upload data (not fake). When the file is transferred — we show that server processing is underway.

Several states we explicitly visualize: uploading, processing, ready to publish, upload error. Each state has its own visual representation and text.

Errors during upload should offer an action: "Try again." We don't just show that something went wrong — we tell the user what to do next.

Small details — but they form the sense of product reliability.
